Currently Springer & Oake is accepting resumes for consideration of the Assistant Manager role. This role is directly responsible for the daily operations of the store and team.
Primary Objectives of the Role are:
Maximize revenues by providing exemplary customer service. Efforts to be focused on creating and sustaining a welcoming environment through personal interactions, enticing merchandise displays, use of product knowledge, and sales techniques. It is the Assistant Manager’s role to train, coach and provide feedback to team members to ensure that support of the primary store objectives are fulfilled to the best of everyone’s ability. The Assistant Manager works closely with the Owner to provide regular feedback, updates and suggestions regarding store sales, functions, staff and mall management communication. It is necessary for the Assistant Manager to be an ambassador of the store to customers and team members by supporting store objectives, policies, and procedures.
